Das Programm soll weltweit gef\u00e4hrdete Studierende sowie Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden, denen in ihrem Herkunftsland formal oder <em>de facto<\/em> das Recht auf Bildung verweigert wird, darin unterst\u00fctzen, ein Studium in Deutschland aufzunehmen oder fortzusetzen, um einen Studien- oder Promotionsabschluss an einer deutschen Hochschule zu erlangen. Die im Rahmen des Programms nominierten und ausgew\u00e4hlten Studierenden sowie Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden werden in Studieng\u00e4ngen ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Wahl und individuellen Qualifikationen entsprechend eingeschrieben und erhalten ein Stipendium, das die notwendigen Kosten des Studiums- bzw. The programme serves to support students and doctoral candidates from across the globe, who are at risk of being formally or de facto denied educational or other rights in their country of origin, and to provide these students and doctoral candidates with an opportunity to begin or complete a study or research degree at a higher education institution in Germany. Students and doctoral candidates nominated and accepted under the programme will be enrolled in degree courses of any personal subject choice and according to individual qualifications and receive a scholarship sufficient to cover the necessary costs incurred in the course of their study resp. research stay.<\/p>\n<p>The application portal is open all year round for successfully nominated
